We take the hassles out of managing an investment property by handling all aspects involved in the rental of your property. We offer a free analysis of your property, including a rental rate evaluation, necessary safety and security repairs, and specific recommendations regarding the services you’ll need in order to maintain your property. Our staff is experienced in managing all types of rental properties including apartments, duplexes, multiplexes, single family homes, manufactured housing, housing parks, commercial spaces, and campus housing. Whether you want to be a hands on owner and handle your own repairs or just receive your monthly reports and investment return, we tailor our management services to fit your needs.

Our services include (but are not limited to):

• Rent collection
• Computerized monthly statements – mailed or emailed to you each month
• Monthly disbursements of owner funds via check or bank transfer (ACH) directly into your bank account
• Application screening of potential renters – including current and previous rental history, a criminal background check, a credit check and employment/income verification
• 24 hour on call/emergency maintenance
• Scheduling of and follow-up on necessary maintenance – we hire licensed, bonded, insured and qualified contractors to perform requested services
• Mortgage and insurance premiums paid from your account with us
• Annual inspections – more often when needed or requested
• Free consultation on improving your return on investment and upgrading your property
